The other days, Raixa opens as usual: from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 3pm.
Opening hours
Tuesday to Saturday from 10h a 15h. It will remain closed on Mondays, Sundays and bank holidays.
- The access is not allowed groups of more than 15 persons without previous appointment.
- In order to control the seating of visitors, if it is necessary, the access will be able to be limited to the estate.
The house
Raixa Estate is a gorgeous country manor house (possessió) located in the municipality of Bunyola.
The surrounding gardens, the monumental staircase, the Big Pond and the panoramic views offered to the visitor, make Raixa well worth a visit.
The gardens
Raixa is specially well-known because of the gardens that surround the house and reach over the southern slopes of sa Muntanyeta. At the bottom there are the orchards, “dels Tarongers” garden, “de la Galería” garden, with a fountain in the middle, and “d´Entrada” garden with a small pond.
An interesting part of the whole is the entrance gate, built in 1898, which bears the coat of arms of count Ramon Despuig i Fortuny, who sold Raixa to the entrepeneur Antoni Jaume in 1910.
Serra Tramuntana Centre
Presents the Serra de Tramuntana Natural Site and the Raixa Estate as key centres to understand Majorca, and specially, to understand the value and the potential of one of its most unique cultural landscapes as well as its recent history, listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site.

Visites guiades a Raixa
La finca de Raixa és una bella possessió situada al municipi de Bunyola al voltant d’una clastra d’estil italià. Descobreix la història i l'arquitectura fascinant d'aquesta possessió que ha resistit al pas del temps.

- Les visites guiades han de reservar-se amb almenys una setmana d'antelació per garantir el teu lloc.
- Es requereix un grup mínim de 10 persones per dur a terme la visita.
- Llistes d'espera: En cas de no assolir el nombre mínim de participants, es crearan llistes d'espera per programar la visita en futures dates.
- Idioma: En fer la reserva s’haurà d’indicar en quin idioma prefereixes la visita: català, castellà, anglès o alemany.
