Opening hours
Tuesday to Saturday from 10h a 15h. It will remain closed on Mondays, Sundays and bank holidays.
- The access is not allowed groups of more than 15 persons without previous appointment.
- In order to control the seating of visitors, if it is necessary, the access will be able to be limited to the estate.
The house
Raixa Estate is a gorgeous country manor house (possessió) located in the municipality of Bunyola.
The surrounding gardens, the monumental staircase, the Big Pond and the panoramic views offered to the visitor, make Raixa well worth a visit.
The gardens
Raixa is specially well-known because of the gardens that surround the house and reach over the southern slopes of sa Muntanyeta. At the bottom there are the orchards, “dels Tarongers” garden, “de la Galería” garden, with a fountain in the middle, and “d´Entrada” garden with a small pond.
An interesting part of the whole is the entrance gate, built in 1898, which bears the coat of arms of count Ramon Despuig i Fortuny, who sold Raixa to the entrepeneur Antoni Jaume in 1910.
Serra Tramuntana Centre
Presents the Serra de Tramuntana Natural Site and the Raixa Estate as key centres to understand Majorca, and specially, to understand the value and the potential of one of its most unique cultural landscapes as well as its recent history, listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site.

Nits d'estiu a Raixa
«Nits d'estiu a Raixa» programa cultural centrat en esdeveniments musicals, amb una programació de cinc concerts gratuïts per a tots els públics. Els concerts començaran a les 21.00 hores.

Banda Municipal de Santanyí, amb la direcció de Pedro Vallbona, que oferirà una vetlada musical inoblidable.
Dissabte, 12 de juliol
actuació de Marga Pocoví i Biel Tous amb l’Orquestra Oasi. Un concert amb cançons pròpies i versions de temes coneguts que conviden a ballar.
Dissabte, 19 de juliol
Concert de Tomeu Penya Íntim. El mític cantautor mallorquí i referent de la música presentarà un repertori ple de sentiment i amb un format de concert íntim.
Dissabte, 26 de juliol
Concert d’O’Veus, una aposta de sis amics per la música a cappella, que combinen diferents estils de música de manera molt variada. Recorren el cançoner popular més contemporani per oferir al públic un viatge a través dels temes que han marcat un abans i un després.
Dissabte, 23 d’agost
Concert de la Jove Orquestra Simfònica de Marratxí, amb Pep Corbalán al capdavant. Els espectadors podran gaudir de l’emoció que transmeten els seus joves músics, d’entre 15 i 23 anys.
